BBI DNA molecular markers are available in four different formulations to give you maximum versatility. Our High-Range mixture contains fragments from 10-50 kb in length, and our Wide-Range mixture contains fragments in the full range of 0.1 to 50 kb in length (perfect for gene mapping and RFLP analysis). One of these mixtures is right for you. All are made from carefully purified Lambda (+ strand) DNA, digested with various restriction enzymes, and modified to prevent re-annealing.
