Intended Use:
This ImmunoStrip® test is intended for seed quality purposes to determine the presence or absence of eCry3.1Ab protein in transgenic corn (Event 5307, Agrisure Duracade®). This test system can be used to test individual corn seed and corn leaf or detect 1 transgenic eCry3.1Ab seed in 100 corn seeds (1.0 %).The eCry3.1Ab ImmunoStrip® has shown no cross-reaction with other transgenic proteins in corn seed and leaf including GA21 (mEPSPS), Bt11 (Cry1Ab), mCry3A, or MIR162 (Vip3A).
