Troponin complex can be used as a stock for preparations of human cardiac troponin I (cTnI) standards. The product is stable after dilution in human serum.Native human troponin complex purified in mild conditions without urea treatment. It reflects the real form of human cTnI in serum of AMI patients. Higher stability (after dilution in human serum) in comparison with purified cTnI.

Contains human cardiac troponin I, human cardiac troponin C, human cardiac troponin T.

Purification was performed in mild conditions. Troponin complex is native and corresponds to the presentation of troponin complex in serum of AMI patients.

The concentration and molar ratio is determined for each of the three components of the troponin complex for each lot. Total content (in mg) is given per troponin I content. Concentration wasdetermined by gel-scanning (Enhanced Laser Densitometer).

Frozen solution in 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2, 20 mM Tris, pH 7.5.

-70 °C for long term storage (between -65 and -80 °C allowed)

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.For better stability it is recommended to prepare stock solutions of troponin complex in normal human serum with final concentration of cardiac troponin I not less than 1 µg/ml.
