Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with canine parvovirus.
Specificity:
Canine parvovirus
MAb Isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs 5G7, 8H7, 2A10, 3G3. IgG3 for MAb 3H6
Applications:
All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 5G7 and 8H7 are also working in immunodiffusion, haemagglutinin inhibition and lateral flow.
