Pooled normal human serum. Blood samples from donors were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, and HCV.

Applications:

Cystatin C free serum can be used as a matrix for standard and calibrator preparation.

Analysis:

According to ELISA testing cystatin C free serum does not contain more than 2 ng/ml of cystatin C.

Purification:

Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum.Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-cystatin C monoclonal antibodies with BrCNactivated Sepharose CL 4B.

Presentation:

Frozen liquid.

Storage Conditions:

-20 °C (between -15 and -30 °C allowed)
