The RNAscope® 2.5 High Definition(HD)- BROWN Assay, is based on ACD"s patented signal amplification and background suppression technology. The 2.5 HD version is a high sensitive RNA ISH method and can be used for low expressing gene targets.The chromogen diaminobenzidine (DAB) used in the assay is standard in molecular pathology and suitable for a wide range of sample types as well as readily visible under a standard brightfield microscope. Each RNAscope® 2.5 HD Reagent Kit-BROWN provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in).
