□ Affinity-tagged protein 정제를 위한 전용 Lysis buffer

● Bacterial, yeast, mammalian, 또는 baculovirus-infected cells로부터 protein 추출
● Sonication이나 다른 cell lysis buffer보다 더 효과적
다양한 분자량의 affinity-tagged protein을 정제하기 위하여 mammalian cell pellet extraction 뿐만 아니라bacteria에도 TALON xTractor Buffer를 사용 가능하다. 또한 TALON xTractor Buffer Kit에는 lysozyme과 DNase가포함되어 있어 bacteria 세포벽과 막을 완전히 파괴할 수 있기 때문에 높은 분자량의 단백질을효율적으로 추출 가능 하다. 본 제품은 inclusion body에서 불용해성 단백질을 추출하기 위해 사용할 수 있다.

For this comparison of protein extraction methods, LacZ protein was extracted from a 1.7 g pellet of E. coli cells expressing his-tagged protein. Lysates were purified on a TALON column and eluted with 150 nM imidazole. Protein activity was determined by measuring luminescence units.
