The antigen affinity purified antibody is labeled by FITC. The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on chicken IgY and with the light chains common to most chicken immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
