Immunoglobulin Type:Polyclonal goat IgG

Specificity: Cross-reacts with rabbit and rat epoxide hydrolase (MW = 50kDa).  Non-specific cross-reactivity with 60 and 70 kDa species.

Applications:Western blots

Contents:100 µL of goat IgG containing 0.05% sodium azide.

Working Dilution:A dilution of 1/1000 for Western blots will yield a positive result with 0.2 µg of purified rabbit or rat epoxide hydrolase using alkaline phosphatase conjugated donkey anti-goat antibodies according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Storage: Store at -20°C.  Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
