HiLyte™ Fluor 594, an alternative to Alexa Fluor™ 594 and DyLight Fluor™ 594, has spectral characteristics similar to those of Texas Red. The labeling performance and stability are better than those of Texas Red. It has high extinction coefficient (80,000 M-1cm-1), high fluorescence quantum yield (0.9) and low correction factor (0.17).
