RNA to cDNA EcoDry Premix features our high-performance, ultra-pure SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase. SMART MMLV reverse transcriptase allows the synthesis of high-quality first-strand cDNA of up to 11.7 kb, from virtually any transcript.

EcoDry Premix is ready to use. The simplified protocol has fewer steps, which saves you time and helps avoid pipetting errors. Additionally, the single-use design vastly reduces the risk of contamination. As with all EcoDry products, the premix can be stored at room temperature for months, without altering the performance of the reverse transcriptase or other components. Maximum flexibility and ease-of-use

RNA to cDNA EcoDry Premix is packaged individually, and sold in 8-tube strips with optically clear sealing caps. Use a single tube, the entire strip, or several strips for larger experiments. Each tube contains a lyophilized master mix complete with SMART MMLV reverse transcriptase, dNTPs, and your choice of oligo(dT)18 primers, random hexamer primers, or a combination of both.
