CELLvo™ XF is a medium tested to support the proliferation ofhuman mesenchymal stem cells and used for the culture of avariety of adherent cell types.

Parts and Volumes: CELLvo™ XF Media includes 500mL CM (basal)media, 5mL antibiotic:antimycotic solution, and 12.5mL of humanplatelet lysate.

Quality Testing for Consistency: Media components areindependently tested for performance based on supporting theproliferation and phenotype maintenance of human mesenchymal stemcells.

Instructions for use: CELLvo™ XF basal media and reagents come inappropriate volumes to be combined for immediate use.  Tocombine, we recommend pipetting supplements into basalmedia.  Close the bottle with the combined media, and mixthoroughly by inverting the bottle several times.  Once thebasal media and reagents have been combined, the media should bestored at 4C and has a shelf life of 1 month.
