NuGel™Hemoglobind™ is a modifiedversion of suspension HemogloBind™, engineered for increasedstability and improved installation for high-throughput formats. Itis based on NuGel™ silica (50 microns in size, 1000Å) covalentlybound to elastomeric polyelectrolytes. Comparable to selectionproperties of suspension HemogloBind™, at recommended quantities,>95% of hemoglobin can be removed with very high selectivity.
