PermanentlyknockdownmiRswithSBI’smiRZip™anti-miRNAExpressionLentivectors.LeveragingSBI’spowerfulandwell-regardedthird-generationlentivectortechnology,eachofourmiRZiplentivectorsexpressesashorthairpinRNA(shRNA)that,afterprocessing,preferentiallyproducesananti-sensemiRNA.Thehairpinisrationallydesignedtobeasymmetric,ensuringthatthesensestranddoesnotcontaintheendogenousmiRNAsequenceandenablingaccumulationoftheanti-miRNA.TheresultisrobustderepressionofthetranscriptstargetedbythemicroRNAbeing“zipped,”andelevationofthecorrespondingproteinlevels.
