bioWORLD's FFPE RNA kit is designed to isolate RNA from typical FFPE mammalian tissue samples eg., breast, liver, kidney, spleen and colon. The purified RNA, is suitable for downstream application such as reverse transcription, RT-PCR and real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (rRT-PCR) to study transcription levels of specific genes.

Utilizing specially developed reagents the procedure yields total RNA optimized for reverse transcription reactions and subsequent downstream applications, overcomes the limitations associated with RNA degradation and interference from RNA cross-linking in FFPE tissues.
