The TFact™, Fos DNA-Binding ELISA detects active Fos in Jurkat Nuclear Extract. The Jurkat cells were grown 3 days in RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract. The Jurkat cells were stimulated respectively by PMA (200nM) and UV (100J/M2) before harvest. The DNA-transcription factor complex is treated with the stablization buffer in the Jurkat nuclear extract with PMA stimulation.
