Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 fluorescent reporter under a native human Myoglobin  promoter for expressing in Muscle cells (cardiac and skeletal myocytes), multinucleated myotubes.

This lentivirus  also contain the GFP fluorescent selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection.  See  Product Manual for details (.pdf).

Amount:  200ul/per vial, at 1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
