Pre-made lentivirus express the mitochondrial targeted pH-sensitive probe,  Mito-SypHer  under the enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV). This lentivirus  also contain the Neomycinin antibiotic selection marker under RSV promoter.  See Product Manual for details (.pdf).

Amount:   200 ul/per vial, at 1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10x Polybrene.
