Pre-made lentivirus express GFP reporter under a native GATA2 promoter for expressing in hematopoietic stem cell, and also in nonhematopoietic embryonic stem cells.

This lentivirus  also contain another fluorescent selection marker RFP under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection.  See  Product Manual for details (.pdf).

Amount:  200ul/per vial, at 1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
