Monoclonal antibody specific for EBI3
Analyte Information
This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human EBI3 in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot.
The monoclonal antibody is specific for the EBI3 subunit of IL-27 and IL-35 and IL-39. Assays based on antibodies to EBI3 will detect both IL-27 and IL-35. Recombinant IL-39 can also be detected.
We recommend MT23A14 as capture antibody in human EBI3 ELISA and ELISpot in combination with biotinylated detection antibody MT140. See Related products.
Analyte Information
EBI3EBI3 is a subunit molecule that forms heterodimers with other proteins in the IL-12 family. IL-27 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p28. IL-35 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p35. IL-39 is a heterodimer composted of the subunits EBI3 and p19. Native IL-39 has not been detected in human.
