For low-abundant POIs, LifeSensors has developed a more robust form of the UbiQuant S assay called UbiQuant Ultra. This new generation of the UbiQuant family features plates coated with a high affinity polyubiquitin-binding matrix high, thus maximizing the chances that the ubiquitylated portion of the POI is captured. We have developed the UbiQuant™ family of products as a facile, robust, and quantitative alternative to IP/WB analysis. Built on LifeSensors UbiQuant platform, the system captures ubiquitylated proteins in the wells of a microtiter plate and then uses an antibody to the protein of interest (either native or tagged) to quantitative the amount of the protein bound.
