The EasySep™ "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit II is designed to select any cell type of interest with your own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Cells that express the surface antigen that is recognized by the mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody are targeted for magnetic separation using EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ and the EasySep™ Magnet.This product replaces the EasySep™ "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit (Catalog #18098).
